SRPP is pleased to share that Mr. Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our Founding Partner, participated in the program “Real Cases, Real Lessons: What Market Scandals Teach Us About Better Governance,” organised by the Thai Institute of Directors (Thai IOD).
The program aimed to enhance directors’ and senior executives’ understanding of their critical roles in preventing corporate misconduct and strengthening effective governance practices. Through in-depth discussions and lessons learned from real‑world cases in the Thai capital market, participants gained valuable insights into recognising early warning signs, asking the right questions, reducing risks, and reinforcing sound decision‑making to build sustainable trust among stakeholders. The session was presented by Khun Peangpanor Boonklum, Directors of Thai IOD.
The program was held on November 7, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Victor Club@FYI Center, providing an interactive and engaging environment for learning, exchanging perspectives, and professional development.
