Panuwat was invited to lecture on the Director Certification Program at The Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD)

On Wednesday, May 29, 2024, and Thursday, May 30, 2024, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner, was invited to lecture on the Director Certification Program (DCP), the beneficial and practical course held by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD).

The course aims to offer directors and executives a precise understanding of their duties and responsibilities, enhancing the performance of the directors, and resulting in effective directorship practices and good business turnover. Throughout Panuwat's session, he did not only enlighten the participants about the roles of directors but also raised the participants' awareness of directors' liabilities.

Being a part of the course that facilitates the participants to possess a better understanding of the functions and liabilities of directors is a rare experience, and Panuwat is extremely grateful for participating in such an invaluable and delightful program, the Director Certification Program (DCP) held by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD).
