Taking place on Thursday, May 9, 2024, the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) held an informative and fruitful course titled "Company Secretary Program (CSP)" to which Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner, was invited to deliver a beneficial session on the topic of "Legal responsibilities of directors and company secretaries".

Packed with various secretarial and legal knowledge, the session aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the vital responsibilities and functions of company secretaries, allowing participants to efficiently provide their board-supporting roles under the laws and corporate governance framework. The session was nothing short of an invaluable experience.
