We are thrilled to announce that our partner, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, has been recognized as a “Highly Regarded” lawyer for 2024 by IFLR1000.
Panuwat is a partner specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital market. He has extensive experience and expertise in providing legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital market, direct foreign investment, and various legal issues related to companies. He also advises bidders, target companies, and controlling shareholders in transactions involving both public and private sectors, including negotiation and challenging of mergers, subsidiary investments, and spin-off transactions. In addition, he provides guidance to senior executives, board members, and shareholder on corporate governance matters.
Panuwat has experience in providing legal advice in various business sectors, including real estate law, banking law, energy and natural resources law, food and beverage law, healthcare services law, insurance law, as well as information technology law. He was also selected as one of the ‘top 40 Under 40 Lawyers’ by Asian Legal Business magazine for his outstanding achievements at the age of under 40. Panuwat holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Chulalongkorn University (with 1st Class Honour)
