Acquisition Financing of USD 440,000,000 to Springhead Holdings Pte Ltd

SRPP Ltd., represented Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited as a lead counsel in the financing of USD 440,000,000 to Springhead Holdings Pte Ltd. Springhead will apply the loan for the acquisition of 250,801 shares (which is one-third of the allotted and issued share capital) in Star Energy Group Holding Pte Ltd., a company operating a geothermal power plant in Indonesia, from BCPG Public Company Limited. The transaction involves various jurisdictions Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Bahamas, British Virgin Island and Thailand.

The transaction is led by Passawan Navanithikul (Founding Partner) and Sireedhorn Kittiphumwong (Senior Associate).
