On Thursday, February 9, 2023, the research institute 'OMEGAWORLDCLASS' invited Mr. Panuwat Chalongkuamdee to share his experiences, knowledge, and expertise under the topic "Legal Techniques in Structuring the Successful M&A" at the Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri. His session talk was titled "Legal Procedures for M&A: Business trading goals & structuring strategies & important legal factors" and covered a variety of important topics, such as M&A risk management and how to effectively minimize the legal risks, an effective M&A plan, factors to consider in designing the legal M&A checklist, procedures and disclosure requirements and restrictions for M&A, ensuring compliance to the legal pitfalls and issues, and legal advice and practical guidance.
The participants in this seminar are business groups related to investment, import and export agents, restaurant business, insurance business, and business consultants, e.g., EGAT International Co. Ltd., Food Passion Co. Ltd., Inchcape (Thailand) Co. Ltd., Ngern Tid Lor PCL, Pro Mushroom Co. Ltd., IBEX Advisory, Bangkok Global Law Offices Limited, Tilleke and Gibbins, and Chandler MHM Limited.
