   Advising Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited and its subsidiary, BCP Innovation Pte Ltd in equity private placement and debt facilities to Lithium Americas Corp., a listed company in Toronto Stock Exchange, for the development of lithium mining project in Argentina, with the right for off-take lithium produce for such project, value in total of US$ 112 Million.

BCPG Public Company Limited

   Advising BCPG Public Company Limited in its investment of USD 174 million for 100% share acquisition of Nam San 3A, which conduct hydro-power project of 69 MW in the Laos of People’s Democratic Republic.

BCPG Public Company Limited

   Advising BCPG Public Company Limited in its investment of USD 113 million for 100% share acquisition of Nam San 3B, which conduct hydro-power project of 45 MW in the Laos of People’s Democratic Republic.

IRPC Public Company Limited

   Advising IRPC Public Company Limited on its subscription of 15% equity interests in Guangzhao Saiju Performance Polymer Ltd., which is the major operator of plastic product e-commerce business in the People’s Republic of China. The investment is the first outbound investment of IRPC with the value of RMB 135,000,000 (equivalent to the estimated investment value of THB 650,000,000).
